In this store (Jomaszka Store) two types of goods may be sold. One are fine art prints and the other hand-made original paintings on canvas. Different rules apply to both types.
1. FINE ART PRINT
Fine art prints can be easily returned within 14 days if they were not damaged and have no traces of being used.
1.1. COST
The cost of return shipment in EU counties & UK is on the side of the seller (Jomaszka Store). Yet the packaging is to be handled by the client. S/he is responsible for proper packaging that will protect the package on its way home.
1.2 PROCEDURE
Before you send the package back to the seller (Jomaszka Store), please contact the seller via e-mail: j@jomaszka.store. You will be given instructions on packaging and also receive the shipping label. Do not organize the back shipment yourself, our shop does not refund packages that were shipped by you on your own. After the package safely returns to the seller (Jomaszka Store), the seller will check the product and asses its condition. If the condition of the item is perfect and it can be again accepted into the inventory, you will be refunded the full price of the item.* You will be asked for your account number and the refund will be sent within 2 working days after the package arrives in the shop. The only exception are holidays, when the shop is closed due to participation in art fairs around the globe, the notice is always being displayed at the very top of the page).
Only products that were not used and are in perfect condition will be accepted.
1.3 EXCHANGES
You may exchange a fine art print for another one of the same value, but it has to be in perfect condition and the cost of transport is on the client. You may exchange the item only once and only within 30 days. Contact the seller (j@jomaszka.store) for more information.
1.4 PACKAGE DAMAGES
In case of an unlikely event of your package, being damaged in transport, you will still be refunded the full price. Every package is insured. Please make sure the package is safely wrapped and packed according to store’s advice, because any damage due to poor packaging will result in loosing the insurance and the refund being declined.
2. ORIGINAL ARTWORKS MADE ON CANVAS
May not be a subject to full refund that includes shipping costs, but still partial refund may be arranged by the store, so that the buyer pays for transport only and the price of the artwork is refunded in full.
2.1 PROCEDURE
Please notify the seller about the need for the refund within 14 days of receiving the item via email (j@jomaszka.store). You will be given instructions on packaging and the courier will be arranged by the shop, yet you will be asked to pay the courier fee as organized by the shop (keep in mind the maximum price for this transport is the price you paid for the shipment to your location) Please make sure the package is safely packed in the way the seller instructed you. Only properly packed items will be accepted.
2.2 REFUND PROCEDURE
You will be asked for your bank account number and the refund will be issued within two working days after the package arrives at the shop (the only exception is when the store is temporarily closed, which is always made public on the very top of the page and is due to participation in art fairs around the globe). Keep in mind the artwork has to arrive in perfect condition that lets it come back to store’s inventory.
2.3 OTHER COSTS
Additional custom fees may apply and will be investigated by the seller (refund procedure), yet in the unlikely event of any any obligatory custom fees arising, the buyer will have to cover the cost of those taxes. Luckily EU buyers are free from any custom taxes both ways.
