This store is owned by Jomaszka (Joanna Magdalena Kunicka) and her company (Jomaszka) registered in Poland under the NIP number 5222959 444.
COPYRIGHT
The author of the photos has a solemn copyright to all the images that have been downloaded to that site. Any use of those photos, which has not been authorized by the author beforehand, may lead to legal consequences. In case you would like to ask for a permission to publish some of the photographs or buy copyrights to them, please contact the author via e-mail (j@jomaszka.store).
STORE’S RESPONSIBILITIES
This store sells only original contemporary art created by Jomaszka. Any product in this shop for now is a physical one and so many times it has to be shipped to the client. Our responsibility is to ship the item in a secure, insured package and to send it within 5 or less working days. *Products on pre-sale are sent within longer time limits as specified in their description.
The time of delivery may vastly vary from one destination to the other.
- In EU countries no customs fees apply. Shipment of smaller items may take up to 4 days. Larger, bulky packages take more time to deliver.
- In UK packages of value lower than 390EUR should not be a subject to any customs procedures. Thus their shipment is usually quick and may take as long as a couple of days.
- The original artworks are more valuable and so they will be checked at the border of UK, but not when traveling to EU countries. In this case extra customs fees apply in UK after Brexit. Those fees are not to be paid by the store. The usual fee is 5% of the value of the artwork. The store will make sure proper documents are created for the customs check and prepare the package with transit documents. All necessary information will be given to the courier so that the reduced VAT tax should apply.
